The staff was helpful and very accommodating. They provided clear explanations and were consistently available. The room was clean and well organized (which is something I always appreciate). I also found the facilities present to be quite satisfactory.
The lack of a refrigerator was a bit inconvenient. I would have found it useful for keeping drinks cold.
